PARARI 2009, an international explosive ordnance symposium hosted jointly by the Australian Department of Defence Directorate of Ordnance Safety and Thales Australia, will be held in Adelaide, South Australia from 10-12 November, 2009.
This symposium will be the 9th in the PARARI series and is seen as an important element in the continuing dissemination of explosives knowledge and information. It is the only major symposium of its type held regularly in the southern hemisphere and attracts delegates from around the globe.
Papers to be presented will cover a broad range of topics covering all aspects of explosives, munitions and weapons.
All session and poster presentations (both papers and presentations) will be published as Symposium Proceedings on DVD and mailed to registered attendees after the Symposium.
Posters will be displayed throughout the Symposium in the exhibitors area. It is recommended that authors attend their posters during the tea and lunch breaks.
Posters should be 900 mm x 1200 mm (portrait) and laminated. Authors may also distribute additional printed materials.
All poster papers will be published in the proceedings and should be submitted by the 30/9/2009.
Authors are responsible for preparation of their posters.
